These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EunoFit mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by ahiboh, Inc. ("ahiboh," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

EunoFit provides AI-powered fitness coaching services designed for competitive athletes, including but not limited to: • Personalized training plans and recommendations • Progress tracking and body composition analysis • AI coaching and feedback • Goal setting and achievement tracking We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with or without notice.

Subscription and Payments

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our Services, including photos, workout data, and other materials ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. You represent and warrant that: • You own or have the right to submit Your Content • Your Content does not violate any third-party rights • Your Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

Acceptable Use

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding Your Content), are owned by ahiboh, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results from the Services will be accurate or reliable • Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHIBOH, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ahiboh, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Your Content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Services will immediately cease • We may delete your account and associated data • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
